Jewish Wedding Winnipeg Mad and Fede Married
Mad and Fede were married at a beautiful Jewish ceremony that was held at Shaarey Zedek Synagogue on a lovely summer day in Winnipeg.
What made this wedding really unique was the formal portraits prior to ceremony. Instead of giving some time after the ceremony the couple decided to have a “first look” and their pictures done together first so we took Mad outside at Legislative grounds and then presented Fede with his beautiful bride. I love the expression and emotion on their face as they see each other for the first time.
The wedding reception was held at Raddison hotel. As the guests arrived they were greeted at the door. A greeting table was nicely decorated with a guest book, flower petals, lit candles and family photos in memory of grandparents. A lovely touch. The hall was beautifully decorated with tall vases and fresh white flowers on each table. Each plate setting was dressed with a cyan blue menu.
As soon as Mad and Fede walked into the reception hall the music started a traditional Horah dance, which celebrates the joy of couples love on their wedding. There was lots of fast dancing, spinning and throwing groom in the air. Every guest is in for themselves at this point and thankfully no one got injured.
The reception continued with lovely emotional speeches. There were many tears of joy from guests and family including Mad and Fede. The wedding party continued into the night with great atmosphere and love. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate such a sweet couple and I’m thrilled I could be a part of it all.
